The Displayline is a unique one-phase/one-pass,high speed & high capacity, non-stop automatic gluing & folding machinefor the production of 1 to 3-part POS Displays. Incorporating robot Pick &Place, this innovative and fully automated production line delivers significantmanpower cost efficiencies.
The fully AUTO non-stop automatic vacuumbelt feeder has the capacity to accommodate up to 3 separate parts of thedisplay, providing simultaneous and accurate delivery.
Sections of the display are automaticallyaligned and the glue application (combination of both in-line and linear gluestrings) is applied. The robot Pick & Place simultaneously collects andpositions the 3rd part of the display with pinpoint accuracy.
A final series of glue string(s) areapplied with precision, in preparation for the final folding sequence. Thecompleted display passes through a Press Station which provides effective andsufficient pressure.
The robot Pick & Place automaticallycollects the completed display from the conveyor system and delivers it onto a palletfor final packaging and distribution directly to the customer.
