Smurfit Kappa OnWell in Helsingborg is a leading producer of custom made displays for the retail sector in Sweden. To aid with the production of many different styles of displays, the plant recently installed a Gluer with Working Station from Boras-based Lamina System AB.
“One important part in the production process is the gluing, so we need trust in this machine,” explains Daniel Stålhammar, Plant Manager. “Our investment in a Lamina Gluer and Working station has helped us to extend production capacity by increasing the number of hours we can be gluing, as well as much faster production and a reduction in glue consumption due to the accuracy of the machine.”

OPTION FÜR DIE LAMINA KLEBEMASCHINE
Die Lamina Arbeitsstation ist eine Option für die Lamina Klebemaschine. Das Produkt wird durch die Klebemaschine geführt, welche die programmierten Leimspuren aufträgt, und anschließend in die Arbeitsstation weitergeleitet, wo es auf Vakuumbändern positioniert wird. Das zweite Teil wird mithilfe von Seitenanschlägen und pneumatischen Stopps montiert und ausgerichtet für eine hochwertige Endverarbeitung. Die Einheit ist flexibel einstellbar und eignet sich für eine Vielzahl von Produkten: von einteiligen bis mehrteiligen Displays und Schachteln, großen Rückwänden, Regalböden und vielem mehr.
