Freestanding WorkingStation (FWS)

The Lamina Free Standing Working Station is a highly flexiblemachine for hot-melt gluing where cold gluing, tape application etc. could beadded as options. The Freestanding Working Station is equipped with its ownprogrammable PLC and glue unit for up to four glue guns.
The material is fed manually directly into the Freestanding Working Station.After applying the glue the sheet is controlled by four vacuum belts forperfect registration.
The Working Station is especially developed for larger multi-part displays andboxes, shelves, large back supports etc.

Transport
The Material is transported by four vacuum belts, witch bringthe sheets to the stop bar for further operations.

The vacuum is created by a fan that controls the sheets for easyhandling and perfect registration.

During production the operator has full access above the sheetsfor further mounting due to the vacuum belt system.

Pressure rollers
The material is passing two sets of pressure rollers in the end of the machinefor a perfect tack.

Registration
The registration is +/- 1 mm and is done with a combination of aphotocell and a pusher guide. The operator is using side lays to get an easymounting procedure in the station.
