FOLDER GLUER

The Lamina Folder Gluer is a very compact and effective fully automatic folder gluer. The machine is equipped with a non-stop suction belt feeder and a variety of guides and belts to handle standard one-point glued boxes or three-point glued crash lock boxes.
Quick set-up is very easily achieved due to the compact construction and the machine is able to run even small quantities, maintaining a high quality.
The machine is a perfect solution to go from manual to automatic gluing operations for a low investment.

Automatic sheet feeder
‍Sheets are feed by four vacuum belts with a heavy duty vacuum fan for handling various materials.

Glue equipment
‍The gluing unit is hot melt standard but could be a combination of hot melt and cold glue. Programing of the Glueline is easily done from the touch screen and can be saved for repeat orders.

Registration unit
‍The registration unit is adjustable for different flaps and is controlled by a combination of mechanical pushing system and photocells.

Folding unit
‍The folding of the box is done by a set-up guide system. The folding unit are with an easy set-up adjusted to fit for a number of different constructions of boxes.

Set-up
‍All modules are placed on tracks on the floor and are movable. This system provides the operator with full access to the machine and enables an easy and quick set-up.
