Lamina System have installed their latest Packline SA at Image Data based in Howden, UK. The machine is a fresh and newly designed hot melt packing line for gluing flat collated corrugated packs (FEFCO 402) up to 50mm thick, running at up to 300ph.
This finishing process is traditionally carriedout by many out-workers using hand-held tape guns or strapping but now it willbe glued with huge labour savings. The Packline’s USP is that due to the geniusdesign and construction it is set-up free! Options include an inkjet print head for pack identification and Lamina 4.0 for remote access and management information.

La Packline SA es una máquina semiautomática de cerrado y sellado continuo de cajas tipo flatpack FEFCO 402 de cartón corrugado. Esta línea de producción única incorpora aplicación de adhesivo de precisión, plegado y plegado de solapas, y sellado/cierre preciso de la caja, todo ello sin necesidad de configuración previa. Opcionalmente, puede integrarse un sistema de inyección de tinta (inkjet) para facilitar la identificación del paquete.
