In April this year, a Lamina Gluer 1400GL plywood machine from Swedish manufacturer Lamina System was installed at ZINPAK. This plywood machine will definitely speed up the production of packaging, which until now was glued by hand.
PHU Zinpak is a company established in 2005 specializing in cardboard packaging and stand-up production, flexibly responding to customer needs. The undoubted advantage of Gluer is its short tooling. The operator in 10 minutes can rearm the machine for another order if necessary, said Jaroslaw Sawicki (owner). The owner also praises the low glue consumption or high precision and repeatability, which were impossible to achieve with manual gluing.
The Lamina Gluer 1400GL glue machine has supplemented the company's machine park by increasing production capacity, speeding up order processing.
